Book Condition InformationCan I highlight or write in the textbooks?Yes - if you rent the book, please limit the amount of highlighting to fewer than 20% of the pages of the book. If you own the book, highlight to your heart’s content. Just note that if over 20% of the pages are highlighted, we may not be able to buy back your textbook. Are the textbook supplemental materials such as CD’s and Access Codes included?On all new books, Neebo makes sure you have all of the necessary supplemental materials. When it comes to used books, however, Neebo does not guarantee that any supplemental materials related to the textbook will be included. These are used textbooks and any original supplemental material such as CDs or online access codes may not be included or valid. Once these materials are used or removed from the book, we can’t replace them. The book I just received is damaged. What do I do now?If the book you just received is damaged, please contact Neebo at help@neebo.com within 3 business days of receipt. Included your order number in the email and we’ll work to make sure the issue is resolved immediately. |
