Ordering & PaymentsWhat types of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards. By renting a book from us, you’re agreeing that we can store your credit card information for a period of up to 45 days past your Return Date. Your card's expiration date must be beyond this time frame. For select schools, you may also be able to pay for your books via your financial aid funds. How long does it take to process an order?Orders are processed within 48 hours. Typically, we actually get your order packaged and shipped out to you in less than 2 hours! With free standard shipping, you can expect to receive your order in 7 to 14 days. But, we offer alternative shipping options if you need your package sooner. Can I pick up my order in store?Yes! We have around 300 college textbook store locations across the country. If you would rather pick up your order at one of these locations, please specify this during the checkout process. If you have selected a preferred school from the main menu, during the checkout process you can then choose to have the package shipped or picked up in store (pending in-store product availability). How do I cancel my order?You’ll need to shoot us an email at help.neebo@neebo.com with your order number on it. If we get your message within 90 minutes of placing the order, we will be able to cancel with no problem. If it has been longer then 90 minutes, go ahead and contact us. We will do our best to stop that truck! I didn’t receive a purchase or rental confirmation email.Quite often the returned rental receipts do not get through to the students listed on an EDU email address. The schools sometimes have filters in place to stop this type of delivery. I would suggest that you add another email address to your Neebo profile, or local bookstore profile to ensure delivery of rental receipts. You also should check your junk and spam filter, it may have slipped in there. How do I return a book for a refund?Drop a class? Order the wrong book? Within the standard refund period (typically about 2 weeks into the rental period), you will be able to use the prepaid UPS return label on your account to ship your items back to us. If you require a refund, please contact help.neebo@neebo.com for additional information and instructions. How long does it take for me to receive my refund?It only takes about 48 to 72 hours to process a refund. That means you have your money in 3 days or less! Why was my order cancelled?On rare occasions, a book or product may have appeared in-stock and available online. In between the time you placed your order online and the time the order was to be fulfilled, another customer purchased the item in-store or the item may have been sold on another website. Please contact help.neebo@neebo.com right away and we will work with you to get you the products you need. Why are you charging me sales tax?Every state has its own laws regulating the charge of sales tax and/or rental tax. Based on your state’s requirements, Neebo charges the applicable sales and rental tax amounts. |
