I ordered the wrong book and need to return it. What do I do?

At Neebo.com, we understand that college life is crazy and students are busy. Maybe you ordered the wrong book or dropped a class. To receive a refund for an issue like this, you will be able to use the prepaid UPS return label on your account to ship the book back to us. If you require a refund, please contact help@neebo.com.

Will you send me a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a tracking number that you can use to track the location of your shipment.

Where is my book? It hasn’t arrived yet.

No worries! When you order books from Neebo, we tap into our warehouses across the country to fulfill your order. Your other books should be arriving shortly! If you’re having trouble receiving your order, shoot us an email help@neebo.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you!

How do I print my shipping label?

All you need to do is log into your Neebo account: www.neebo.com and click on “My Rentals.” You’ll see a list of all of the books that you currently have rented out. If you move your mouse over the order number, you’ll see a “Print Shipping Label” button. It will already have all of the information you need on it so, just print it out, and slap it on the box and take it to your local Post Office. It’s that EASY!

Am I charged any shipping fees?

Neebo offers FREE standard shipping on all textbook and college gear purchases. Heck – we even give you free shipping on all textbook rental returns. We get it. You’re in college and need to save money. By hooking you up with free shipping, we’re trying to do just that.

Can I get overnight delivery?

Absolutely! We provide free standard shipping on textbooks and gear everyday. But if you need your items before the 7 to 14 period, we can overnight them to you at a small additional cost.
