Ship It How You Want It
Neebo offers four different shipping options because options make people happy.

Standard - You’re short on cash and have time to burn. 7-14 business days (allow 1-2 additional business days for processing) Free

Ground – Time is money and you’ve got a little bit of both. 3-7 business days (allow 1-2 additional business days for processing) $6.90

UPS 2nd Day – You need it now. 1-2 business days (allow 1-2 additional business days for processing) $14.90

UPS Next Day – You needed it last week. 1 business day (allow 1-2 additional business days for processing) $25.90

Where We Deliver We currently only deliver to U.S. addresses. (P.O. Box delivery is only available with Standard shipping. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than estimates above.)
When We Deliver Orders are usually processed for shipping in one to two business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays observed by the US Post Office and UPS, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Severe weather conditions may cause unexpected shipping delays. Neebo is currently looking for ways to control the weather, but we can’t offer any shipping refunds until that gets figured out first.
Free Return Shipping The shipping for rental returns is free. Simply print your prepaid shipping label available from the returns page under My Account.
*All textbook rental returns will be media mail.
General Merchandise Return Policy
A receipt dated within 30 days is required for all general merchandise returns and exchanges.
- All in-store or online returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
- Merchandise must be received in store within 30 days of the receipt date.
- A form of personal identification may be required, including student id or drivers license.
- Some items cannot be returned if opened and may only be exchangeable for identical items, including music, movies, video games, electronics, software and collectibles. Other restrictions may apply.
- Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the card. Any third party checks (i.e. financial aid) will be credited back to the account; no refund is due to the customer.
- Clearance and seasonal merchandise will be refunded at their current price.
Textbook Return Policy
A receipt dated within 21 days is required for all textbook returns and exchanges.
- For a full textbook refund you must return merchandise in its original purchase condition with a dated receipt.
- Merchandise must be received in store within 21 days of the receipt date.
- Shrink wrapped books must be returned new, unopened and contain all original packaging and accessories.
- A form of personal identification may be required, including student id or drivers license.
- Some books are subject to a 10% restocking fee; other restrictions may apply.
- Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the card. Any third party checks (i.e. financial aid) will be credited back to the account; no refund is due to the customer.
Rental Policy

I am renting (not purchasing) the book(s) shown on the order receipt. The rental fee is non-refundable.
If the rental item(s), whether new or used, is/are not in good condition, I will return it/them
immediately. IF I REMOVE THE RENTAL FROM THE PREMISES, I ACCEPT THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM(S). If a rental
in poor condition was shipped to me, I WILL RETURN IT VIA SHIPPING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE but no later than 30
days after the packing slip date. See the

for details.

At the end of the term, I will return the rental(s) to the Bookstore where I rented it or to Neebo via shipping
with the prepaid shipping label. If the rental is not received by the Bookstore/Neebo by the Return Due Date,
the return will be rejected. In that case, I will pay and I authorize Neebo to withdraw/charge the Non-Return
Fee and Processing Fee (plus applicable sales taxes) to the same debit/credit card account I used to execute this
rental. If I make a return after the Return Due Date that is accepted by Neebo, I authorize payment of the Late
Fee from my card account.

If the above lines for fees are blank, then the Late Fee and Non-Return Fee per book will be the difference between
the cost of a replacement new book and rental fee I paid. The Processing Fee is 10% of the retail cost of a
replacement new book determined as of the Return Due Date.

I will return the rental in good salable condition as determined at the Bookstore or by Neebo, as applicable. All
CDs and other component parts of the rental must be included and also must be in good salable condition. Very
limited highlighting and writing are acceptable.

I am responsible for risk of loss from any cause, including theft or lost items. The rental item is not in “salable”
condition, for example, if it is damaged by liquid (rain, snow, coffee, juice, etc.), fire (scorched), chemical spills,
tooth marks (rodents, pets, etc.), or spine damage, or if there are any missing component parts.

I will not exceed the limit or cancel the credit or debit card used to place this order until all rented materials are
either returned as indicated above or all fees related to the rental indicated are paid in full. If the Non-Return
Fees are not timely paid for any reason, I also authorize payment of a collection fee of $30.

I understand that I am renting the items from Nebraska Book Company, Inc. d/b/a Neebo.

- The professor has chosen the book for the upcoming term.
- The book is in reusable condition.
- Inventory is not yet fulfilled for that title.
- Books are current edition and not out of print, edition or changing.
