Where We Deliver We currently only deliver to U.S. addresses. (P.O. Box delivery is only available with Standard shipping. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than estimates above.)
When We Deliver Orders are usually processed for shipping in one to two business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays observed by the US Post Office and UPS, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Severe weather conditions may cause unexpected shipping delays. Neebo is currently looking for ways to control the weather, but we can’t offer any shipping refunds until that gets figured out first.
Free Return Shipping The shipping for rental returns is free. Simply print your prepaid shipping label available from the returns page under My Account. *All textbook rental returns will be media mail.
General Merchandise Return Policy A receipt dated within 30 days is required for all general merchandise returns and exchanges. All in-store or online returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Merchandise must be received in store within 30 days of the receipt date. A form of personal identification may be required, including student id or drivers license. Some items cannot be returned if opened and may only be exchangeable for identical items, including music, movies, video games, electronics, software and collectibles. Other restrictions may apply.Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the card. Any third party checks (i.e. financial aid) will be credited back to the account; no refund is due to the customer. Clearance and seasonal merchandise will be refunded at their current price.
Textbook Return Policy A receipt dated within 21 days is required for all textbook returns and exchanges. For a full textbook refund you must return merchandise in its original purchase condition with a dated receipt. Merchandise must be received in store within 21 days of the receipt date. Shrink wrapped books must be returned new, unopened and contain all original packaging and accessories. A form of personal identification may be required, including student id or drivers license. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the card. Any third party checks (i.e. financial aid) will be credited back to the account; no refund is due to the customer.
Rental Policy 1. I am at least 18 years of age. I am renting the textbook(s) and/or other rental item(s) shown on the receipt (collectively, the “Rental”) from Nebraska Book Company, Inc. d/b/a Neebo (“Neebo”). I understand that the rental fee shown on the receipt is nonrefundable. 2. If the Rental, whether new or used, is in non-salable condition, I will return it immediately. If I remove the Rental from the bookstore premises, I ACCEPT THE RENTAL AS BEING IN SALABLE CONDITION. If I receive a Rental that is in non-salable condition, I WILL RETURN IT VIA SHIPPING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE but no later than 30 days after the packing slip date. 3. Multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately from one or more locations due to varying item availability. Each individual shipment within a single order may have a separate shipping charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments will not exceed the total amount quoted at checkout for the entire order. 4. I will return the Rental on or before the Due Date shown on the receipt. All CDs and other component parts of the Rental must be included and must also be in salable condition. If I rented directly from a bookstore, I will return the Rental to the same bookstore. If I rented online, I will return the Rental to Neebo via shipping with the prepaid shipping label or to the Neebo bookstore that services my school. 5. As part of the rental agreement I am responsible for returning the Rental in good or fair condition along with all other components or parts that accompanied the Rental. If the Rental is lost, stolen or unsalable upon its return (such as damages caused by fire, liquids, chemicals or missing components, etc.) then I agree to pay the Replacement Cost as shown on the order receipt. The Replacement Cost is the difference between the retail cost of a new Rental, less the rental fee I have already paid, plus any applicable sales taxes. 6. If I am late or if I fail to return the book in salable condition, I will pay Neebo the Replacement Cost as shown on the order receipt and any applicable sales taxes. I authorize Neebo to withdraw/charge the Replacement Cost to the same debit/credit card account that was left as the deposit account to make this payment. If the transaction should fail or decline for whatever reason Neebo may pursue payments via other channels.
